We at Decode Analyst an Edtech Institute, requires an experience Lead Generation Specialist with experience of more than 1-3 year.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to support lead generation activities, maintaining effective communication with potential clients, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include researching and identifying potential leads, maintaining a database of leads, communicating with prospective clients via phone and email, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Experience with New Leads and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Ability to conduct effective Research to identify potential leads
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

What You'll Do:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels

Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and calls

Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team

Maintain and update CRM records regularly

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and research skills

Knowledge of lead generation tools & platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

A go-getter attitude with a focus on results

Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus
