**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.
- Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events to enhance the company's public image and reputation.
- Represent the client in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other official matters.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies tailored to various audiences, including clients, partners, and internal staff.
- Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Proactively identify issues, challenges, and opportunities within the organization and develop practical solutions to address them.
- Participate in decision-making processes by providing input, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation processes and strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Support the business development team in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and preparing presentations or proposals.
- Possess strong management skills, including leadership, delegation, and conflict resolution.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to the company's business. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the implementation of performance management systems to track individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Qualifications**:
- MBA in Marketing/Small Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
