1) Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities including follow-up's

2) Preparing Quotes, Proforma Invoices and Internal processing orders.

3) Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

4) Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or complaints.

5) Reporting daily work status/activities in given formats.
