Project/ Logistics Coordinator

**Responsibilities**

*Handling calls and follow ups in absence of any sales team member.

*Co-ordination with different departments i.e. accounts, production and dispatch.

*Forwarding customer/ site grievances and issues to concerned design team member/production team.

*Follow up with production team for timely dispatch & clients for payments

*Making and sending quotations as per customer's requirement

*Order processing as per technical specifications - understanding and pipelining to team

*Preparing and modifying packing lists for different products.

*Developing logistic & support vendors for smooth operations

*Maintaining party wise and product wise QC data and packing list of both office and Shop floor

*Raise requisition timely for special items for all projects and products, being taken care by team.

*Placing orders and report generation, ITEM creation with HSN code in TALLY

*MIV entries reconciliation and submission of monthly report

*Maintain purchase order records for every dispatch & Maintaining party wise and product wise sales figures

*Regular updation of complete database

*Preparation of commercial information and about different offers given

*Daily accumulation of sales reports and drawing logical conclusions

**Qualifications**

BE(All branches)/MBA(Finance & Marketing)/Relevant Experience

**Skills**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
