Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through challenges collaboratively. - In-depth knowledge of diverse technologies and their effective utilization in project delivery. - **2+ years of experience in project/ product management**: - An entrepreneurial mindset, end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product. - Exceptional communication, Presentation, collaboration and ability to evangelize the product or feature. - Strong data analytics and ability to setup experiments and testing hypothesis. - Effective prioritization framework to focus on the right features and capability to ship. - Well-versed in new technologies and open to adapting to new challenges. - Ability to assess market conditions, competition, risks and factor them into product development. - Demonstrated experience in running agile squads, create, prioritize and execute a backlog to incrementally deliver value to the customer. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Problem-Solving Collaboration: - Proactively assist developers in overcoming challenges by leveraging your expertise. - Access solutions through platforms like GitHub, online resources, and community forums to address critical requirements and ensure project momentum. 2. Technology Acumen: 3. Code and Logic Review: - If required can proficiently review code and logic implemented by developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. - Offer constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability. 4. Set the vision for the product, clearly define metrics, reaching alignment across business, product and engineering team members and stakeholders, and of course "rock star" execution. 5 Do what it takes to launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly. 6 Engage closely with UX, Marketing, Engineering and Data teams to drive the product or feature growth. 7. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process can fluid and creative problem solving is the norm. 8.
