**Your Role**:

- **Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes related to HR service delivery.**:

- **Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to elicit and document functional requirements.**:

- **Analyze HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.**:

- **Configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog to meet business needs.**

**Your Profile**:

- **Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst working on HR service delivery projects, preferably with ServiceNow HRSD.**:

- **Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations.**:

- **Experience configuring and customizing HRSD modules and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.**:

- **Familiarity with HRSD best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.**
