Experienced home têxtiles merchandiser for established export company
Thorough knowledge of the home decor and soft furnishings industry with a background in exports
Working closely with designers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges
Planning seasonal merchandise with the design team
Managing levels and distribution of stock
Handling supply/production problems as they arise
Preparing internal order sheets
Mediating production and quality departments
Taking responsibility for inspections
Liason with buyers and catering to their requirements
Establishing contacts with external agencies for production and sourcing
