**Primary Requirement**
- Should have skills to use basic MS office.
- Should be good in both oral and verbal communication.
- Should have experience of handling both sourcing and production.
- Should have experience in handling product categories falling under Home. Some of the product category examples - towels, bath mats, laundry baskets, bath accessories, ironing products, laundry hampers, etc.
- Should have basic understanding of complete merchandising process including production and sourcing.
- Should have basic understanding about testing requirements.
- Should have understanding of production and sourcing processes and time lines.
- Should have negotiation skills.
- Should be able to check costings of the products.
- Should have experience of handling multiple categories and multiple vendors.
- should have 6-7 yr of work experience.
