**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Effectively resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster positive and long-lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to exceeding their expectations.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and product/service enhancements.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
