**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the selection process, offering design and material advice.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and designers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and present quotes, process sales transactions, and handle order documentation.
- Maintain showroom displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and up to date.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and new collections.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in tiles, flooring, or interior design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
