Job Summary:The Billing and Sales Executive is responsible for managing the billing processes and driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of billing procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing:
Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
Billing Queries: Address and resolve billing-related inquiries and discrepancies from customers.
Billing Systems: Utilize billing software and systems to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Payment Processing: Monitor and facilitate timely payment collection, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
Sales:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential sales leads through market research, networking, and collaboration with marketing teams.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of products or services.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
