**Sales Executive**

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C sales (FMCG, retail, IT, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Approach potential clients, schedule meetings, and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products/services.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
