the Philippines, and the USA. These offices provide clients (businesses) with strategic assistance and

placement (marketing) services.

Job position: Process Trainer & QC Analyst

Experience: 5-6 years

Location: Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Determining training needs of associates and conducting need-based training programs to enhance their operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain & monitor quality standards of the calls of associates.
- To make sure that the associates are following Quality guidelines up to the standards specified.
- Participate and work towards proper transition of knowledge to the team in Refresher / Briefing.
- Providing the Quality related training and guiding team through specific workshop modules.
- Training to new hires and reporting their progress and issues to process manager
- Monitoring the overall Quality of Process and provide feedback to the team.
- Ensuring to meet the various quality standards for process and preparing daily & monthly reports & analysis of same. Identify the improvement opportunities, do data analysis and presentations.
- Knowledge of preparing RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Initiate and implement new ideas to improve the overall performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience of process training & QC in US BPO

**Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
