**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Key Result Areas**
- Able to turn the technical vision of the founder into reality
- Build a strong team consisting of solution architects, software developers, programmers, business analysts, QA, UI/UX designer etc that can help drive digital transformation
- Transform current ERP, HRMS software, Health care Software optimizing all processes to be powerful tools to carry the company into the future. All processes must be controlled and run by the software so human errors are eliminated.
- Automate processes by creating applicable innovative functions in ERP
- Streamline processes by connecting data in different departments
- Prepare the data & transform ERP structure to perform machine learning in the future
- Long term project: Redesign, develop entirely new software for future needs as necessary and applicable

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement technology strategy for HIPAAS INC retail and online business to achieve business success. Develop vision, development, and execution strategy highlighting short and long term goals aligning with business objectives.
- Build and manage technology team to drive desired results
- Act as the thought-leader and champion for Digital, Data & Technology transformation and work closely with the founder/CEO, business units to ensure strategic outcomes are achieved
- Drive hiring, onboarding, training of technical team. Set performance goals, track performance, take necessary steps to optimize productivity and drive results.
- Review and analyze existing technology tools in the organization, including ERP, HRMS, Web and recommend automation, digitization and technology enhancement options
- Serve as an enterprise architect for defining enterprise portfolio roadmaps that meet specific business needs
- Develops, implements, and controls the overall strategy and plans for the development, deployment, and utilization of technology to support company vision and business strategy
- Analyze and present desired future state, understand the current state, identify gaps between the two and develop approaches to close the gaps
- Lead and execute all technology projects skillfully allocating resources, defining project milestones, setting project budgets and achieving desired results
- Evaluate potential areas of improvement that can be achieved through digitized solutions in each operational area and take necessary steps to achieve desired results
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets
- Stay on top of technology trends and developments
- Other responsibilities as applicable
- Evidence of having led and implemented transformational digital, technology strategy, preferably in retail space
- Holds growth mindset and excels at problem-solving, communication, providing digital solutions
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Technology leadership role with hands-on ERP/HRMS experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Masters's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology
- Exceptional team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Extensive retail industry knowledge with an eye toward the future
