We are seeking a talented **Graphic & Motion Designer** with a creative flair and technical expertise to create captivating visuals and motion graphics for our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
- Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive and impactful designs.
- Edit and produce engaging video content, including storyboarding and post-production.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience** in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and (Photoshop, Illustrator, **After Effects**, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of **3d camera tracking in After Effects**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and motion design work.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation tools (e.g., **Blender3D**, Cinema 4D, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating social media content, ads, and promotional videos.
- Knowledge of video codecs, compression, and formats for different platforms.
- Experience in working on international projects is a plus.
