Job Summary

As an Agency Development Sales professional, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of independent insurance agents to sell general insurance products. Your primary goal is to build a strong and productive agency force that consistently meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential insurance agents who align with the company's values and have the necessary skills and experience.
- Provide comprehensive information about the company, products, and career opportunities to prospective agents.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to equip agents with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully sell general insurance products.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support agents' professional development.
- Ensure agents adhere to compliance regulations and best practices.
- Oversee the activities of assigned agencies, monitoring their performance and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist agents with sales strategies, prospecting techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Resolve agent and customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze agency sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Set and monitor sales targets for individual agents and agencies.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate agents to achieve their goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the agency network.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Pay: ₹10,051.64 - ₹40,000.00 per month
