Customer Relationship Management Understand client requirements, assess their financial goals, and suggest suitable insurance plans. Stay updated on new insurance products and market trends to advise clients better.4. Documentation & Compliance Handle documentation for policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing. Ensure complete and accurate KYC verification and maintain client records. Follow regulatory compliance as per IRDAI guidelines and company policies. Maintain transparency and integrity in all customer dealings.5. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the management team. Coordinate with the back-office team for policy approvals, claims, and after-sales support. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions. Work closely with supervisors to improve strategies and enhance conversion rates.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical / Product Skills: Basic understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and risk management (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with policy documents, premium calculations, and claim processes. Sales & Communication Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local languages. Ability to present information clearly and handle customer queries confidently.
