Principal Accountabilities:
❖ Keep the Region team updated on latest Curriculum nuances of LEAD School offerings
❖ Support Sales team in sign-ups at leader/ large schools with academically inclined school
owners/ principals
❖ Ensure zero drops from post sign-up till operationalization

Must:
❖ 5+ years in an academic role.
❖ Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams
❖ Excellent communication & presentation skills
❖ Strong in Account Risk Analysis, Negotiation & collaboration Skills.
Should:
❖ Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills.
❖ Strong problem solving & communication abilities; is organized and efficient.
❖ Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
❖ Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment.
❖ Proficient with multiple technologies.
