We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) of Mathematics to join our esteemed faculty at Greenwood High School. The TGT Mathematics Teacher will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a passion for mathematics, and nurturing analytical thinking skills among our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the school's curriculum standards and educational objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage of mathematical concepts.

2. Instructional Delivery: Deliver dynamic and interactive mathematics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, utilizing innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning tools to facilitate understanding and retention.

3. Assessment and Evaluation: Design, administer, and grade assessments, quizzes, and examinations to assess student comprehension and progress accurately, providing timely feedback and support to address individual learning needs.

4. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively, promoting mutual respect, and fostering a collaborative learning community.

5. Student Support: Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students, offering additional assistance, tutoring, and remedial instruction as needed to enhance learning outcomes and academic performance.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, departmental teams, and school leadership to coordinate curriculum development, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices and student learning experiences.

7. Parent Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and classroom expectations, fostering a strong partnership between home and school to support student success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level preferred
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and educational pedagogy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching, commitment to student success, and dedication to continuous professional growth

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
