
Call Centre Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Explain services to potential customers.
- Handle queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of health insurance policies, calling, and customer service is preferred but not required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
