*Job Summary:*

As a Student Success Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting student engagement, success, and overall well-being. The position requires a dedicated and empathetic individual who can assist students in navigating academic challenges, provide guidance on support services, and contribute to fostering a positive campus environment.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Student Support:*
- Provide assistance to students seeking guidance on academic, personal, or other challenges.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to address student concerns and ensure timely support.

2. *Orientation and Onboarding:*
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new students, introducing them to campus resources, policies, and support services.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new students.

3. *Workshops and Training:*
- Develop and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and other topics to enhance student success.
- Collaborate with Student Services team to provide training sessions for student leaders.

4. *Student Engagement:*
- Organize and participate in events and activities that promote student engagement and a sense of community.
- Actively encourage student involvement in extracurricular activities.

5. *Records Management:*
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and interventions.
- Generate reports on student success metrics and outcomes.

6. *Referral Services:*
- Identify students in need of specialized support services and make appropriate referrals to counseling, career services, or other relevant resources.

7. *Communication:*
- Collaborate with the communication team to develop informative materials for student success initiatives.

*Qualifications:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Education.

2. *Experience:* Previous experience in student affairs, counseling, or related roles is preferred.

3. *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication.

4. *Empathy:* Ability to empathize with students and understand their unique challenges.

5. *Initiative:* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative in student support activities.

6. *Team Collaboration:* Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. *Problem-Solving:* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about student success challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
