**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Manage calendars and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and meetings as required.
- **Data Management**:
- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data for reports and presentations.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
**Work Environment**:
- Primarily an office setting with occasional remote work as applicable.
- May require occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment
Pay: ₹10,312.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
