**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs or presentations as required.
- Assist in project coordination, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Liaise with teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support in event planning, conferences, and other official engagements.
- Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively address issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
