**Job Overview**:
The Admin position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company's HR operations through the provision of administrative and clerical support. As an Admin, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR department. Your primary objective will be to assist in maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. By providing efficient administrative support, you will contribute to the successful functioning of the HR department and the overall success of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide Strategic inputs and support to the Directors and HR team
- Co-ordinate for the presentations, important management meetings, Client visits, Business delegation backup data for the meetings etc.
- Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Study/ analyze various documents/ Contracts /agreements / Project reports / feasible reports.
- Manage vendor relations and maintain tracking records.
- Prepare and mange correspondence, reports and documents from various departments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support to departments, such as data entry, document management, and report generation.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Maintain day to day activities.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintain record management database system, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Make travel arrangements for employees and clients.
- Responsible of handling Assets Management.
- Maintain and monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in the office
**Essential Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., BBA, B.Com, MBA, BCA)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
