**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote loan products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Stay updated on industry trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations throughout the communication process.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the finance or loan sector.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and the lending process.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
