**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and sales. As a Telecalling Intern, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, both cold and warm leads, to schedule in-person and virtual appointments. You will also have the opportunity to learn about digital marketing strategies and contribute valuable insights to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telecalling to cold and warm leads to secure in-person and virtual appointments.
- Assist in understanding the marketing strategies of existing clients and provide input on potential improvements.
- Gain hands-on experience in the operations and growth of a digital marketing agency.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and sales.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to learning and task execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
