IP Executive (Pharma)

Department:
Intellectual Property / Regulatory Affairs / Purchase Coordination

**Location**:
(Lal Darwaja, Surat)

**Experience**:
2-3 Years in IP (Pharma domain)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all Intellectual Property (IP) activities including trademark and copyright filings.

Coordinate with legal agencies and consultants for IP filings, oppositions, and renewals.

Track deadlines and take timely follow-ups on legal/IP issues with concerned parties.

Maintain and organize legal documents, filings, and records relevant to IP and compliance.

Support Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Purchase departments with backend documentation and coordination.

Take regular updates from external legal agencies regarding company queries, filings, or litigations.

Handle internal queries related to trademarks, product registrations, and legal notices.

Ensure proper documentation of product IP and compliance-related materials.

Assist in ensuring the IP strategy is aligned with the company’s business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Law, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in IP management in the pharmaceutical sector.

Strong knowledge of trademark and patent procedures.

Good understanding of legal documents, agreements, and compliance documentation.

Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.

Ability to take ownership, follow up consistently, and manage backend operational tasks.

Hands on Experience on legals tearms

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in tracking multiple deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
