Hiring for IT Executive with Diamond Industry in Surat.

Ready to sign 2year bond only.

**Job Description**:

- Day-to-Day IT support for users and solve issues like System format, Software Installation,
OS Upgrade, Hardware Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for both Hardware and Software issues on Desktop & Laptop.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook Configuration, Troubleshooting, Backup & Restore
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Server.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP & LAN Setup
- Knowledge of CCTV Camera Installation & Troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience on ticketing tools of IT

Educational Qualification:
- Should be Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant degree
**Requirements**:

- Should have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer in IT
- Certification in Hardware & Networking.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
