**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate and B2B Sales**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients and B2B customers in the Spices business segment.
**Institutional Sales**: Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, hotels, restaurants, and other relevant institutions.
**Revenue Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned area.
**Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
**Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the Sales Director.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
**Travel**: Be willing to travel within the assigned area to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
**Must have skills**:
- Good connection with Spices & Seasoning companies in the assigned geographical area.
- **Should have experience in B2B Spices Sales (Cardamom, Cloves ,Black Pepper and Dry Fruits)**
- 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales (Spices & Seasoning companies).
- Graduation in any stream
**Good to have skills**:
- Knowledge of atleast 2 Spices Commodities (Sales, Quality & Top Buyers)
