**Job Profile: - Operations Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Job Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Source and negotiate with vendors to secure materials and services for events.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events on the production site, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate logistics for equipment, displays, and materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide feedback on production capabilities.
- Work closely with designers to ensure that event layouts align with client expectations and production feasibility.
- Provide input on design elements based on logístical considerations.
- Be available for travel to various event locations, both domestically and internationally, as required by the event schedule.
- Assist in planning and executing pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the events and exhibitions industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Experience**: 2-5 years

**Job Location**: Andheri (West)

**Office Timing**: Monday - Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday holiday and all Sundays holiday)
