**Operations - Executive**
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
2. Collaborate with the operations team to process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
3. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information and generate reports on key performance indicators
4. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service and operations workflows
5. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within customer service and operations
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure seamless communication and information flow
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall company performance
**Requirements**:
1. Graduates in any stream
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
3. Proficient in computer operations
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
6. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
7. Comfortable working with physical documents and maintaining filing systems
8. Previous experience in data entry, customer support, or related roles
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
10. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
11. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
