We are looking for a competitive Sales & Marketing Executive, the Sales Executive - Desk Sales is a key contributor to our revenue growth, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services. Operating primarily from a desk setting, this role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will initiate customer communication, generate and qualify leads, and actively contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0- 3 years of experience in sales or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and a strong willingness to learn.
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales Targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Work at customer location (educational institutes) and make sales
- Persuasive and effective in communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with customer through effective communication.
- Provide information about products or services and address customer concerns.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Build references from existing and new customers.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating a strong ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets, managing and updating sales pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, providing post-sales support and addressing inquiries or concerns.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
