- Educational Trainings

**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Educational courses solutions.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Education. Visit colleges, corporate clients for sales and BD.

Client Relationship Management:

- Understand clients' business/Student needs, challenges, and pain points in relation to Educational solutions and training courses.

Solution Presentation and Negotiation:

- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits the trainings available.

Market and Industry Insights:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in education industry.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for the sales team and senior management.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:
Minimum Qualifications/education: Bachelor’s degree - Any (MBA Preferred)

Experience - 3-4 Years

**Skills**:Proven track record of success in selling Trainings, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in relevant industries.

Strong understanding of Educational Courses and sales cycle and market dynamics.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven, motivated, and self-directed individual.

**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 3 years (preferred)
