6. Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignment.
7. Field work required.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and hiring of people as well ensure a smooth and hassle-free onboarding process for the people to set up a platform.
2. Design and implement processes and effectively onboard the therapists and ensure no leakages in the process.
3. Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding people.
4. Co-ordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists in an effective manner
5. Co-ordinate with patients in the whole process and share reports with the coordination of the team member.
6. Responsible for conversion of therapists into our customers.
7. Responsible for devising sourcing strategies and retention strategy.
8. Developing and implementing a new process to improve an existing process.
9. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
10. Ability to evaluate and manage the resources and processes required for the successful completion of projects.
