Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer orders management, with experience in managing large volume payment processes in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Global Customer Operation Specialist in Backlog Order Management and Orders Fulfilment for Distributors and Direct Customers
  • Review and process change orders to ensure backlog matches customer backlog within agreed terms and conditions and internal guidelines
  • Manage fallout orders and work with Customer Operation Specialist for dispositions
  • Perform manual and mass updates to orders - cancellations, split, blocks
  • Run, extract, and systematize reports
  • Work with logistics partners, Global Trade, warehousing, and planning team to support urgent customer requests, and escalate expedites as necessary
Requirements:
  • Have a degree qualification in business or supply chain or related field
  • Relevant years of working experience in Customer orders management
  • Have at least 1-2 years of team leading experience
  • Proficiency in verbal and written business communications in English
  • Have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Have excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn with the team
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Flexibility in working hours to support other time zones
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in managing large volume payment processes in an international environment with US experience is preferred
  • Working with Oracle Fusion is preferred
  • Ability to work during US time zones or with partial time overlap
  • Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders
