Job Title: Business Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role for driving the success of our business operations.

  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth targets while maintaining focus on quality of service delivery.
  • Achieve showroom sales and operating expenses targets through effective management of resources and processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supply of merchandise to showrooms as per demand.
  • Drive showroom sales and operating expenses performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Provide high level of customer service and delight by anticipating customer needs and preferences.
  • Create right shopping ambience in showrooms to enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to reverse logistics guidelines as per defined SOPs to minimize losses due to old gold returns.
  • Support execution of activities aimed at increasing sales and profitability.
  • Contribute to merchandize requirements at the showroom based on showroom specific sales patterns and consumer preferences.
  • Implement loss prevention activities in showrooms as per guidelines to minimize losses due to shop lifting or pilferage.
  • Generate and maintain all required reports including daily sales and collections, monthly and quarterly MIS, market intelligence reports etc.
  • Ensure adherence to showrooms standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and communicate upward feedback regularly.
  • Follow showroom operations SOPs and work towards continuous improvement.
  • Handle all point of sales activities in the showroom including sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sales and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling old gold and after sales service, gathering consumer data for feedback.
  • Manage inventory process in the showroom effectively.
  • Ensure showroom staff are presentable and well groomed.
  • Guide staff to increase sales and profitability.
