**Responsibilities**:
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
- Manage and update customer records as needed
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior team members when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and provide additional support as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of customer issues
- Comfortable working in a remote setting and maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
