What you'll do

As a Scrum Master at CSG International, you will have the opportunity to further your career in a leadership position while continuing to be strongly aligned with your passion for software development. In the team, you will be the impetus that drives improvement in product quality and team performance through alignment with core Agile values.
- You must be effective at communicating with local and remote teams, with key stakeholders, and with the wider R&D community.

You should have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands on involvement of development in C/C++/Perl/ EPM programming language with Oracle Database experience in Linux OS.
- 7+ years of technical experience in software product development with a minimum of 2 years as Scrum Master.
- Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of Scrum, with proven experience on a scrum team. Experience with other practices aligned with Agile/SAFe/XP/Lean/AWS/Azure DevOps is favorable.
