**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to refine product backlog items and prioritize user stories.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies and delivers high-quality software increments.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Work with UI/UX designer to finalize the wireframes the team will work on.
- Write and execute test cases to ensure the quality of software increments

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
