**Job Summary**

As a Scrum Master, you will ensure Agile principles are implemented effectively, guide the team through Scrum practices, and collaborate closely with product and technical stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals
- Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and implement continuous improvement
- Promote Agile mindset and coach team members on best practices
- Align sprint deliverables with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Handle dependencies, risks, and escalations effectively
- Foster transparent communication and strong collaboration across departments
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with networking/telecom industry standards

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Experience working in **networking/telecom/ISP** projects
- Excellent facilitation, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in high-pressure environments

**Preferred Background**
- Work experience with companies like **Idea, Airtel, Jio, BSNL, or other ISPs**:

- Exposure to network rollout, service delivery, or telecom product development
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud technologies
