What you'll do
- You will report to Manager Software Dev to contribute toward our growing Encompass Pro team
- You will manage the delivery by leading a team size of 6-10 team members consisting of architects, lead developers and developers
- Guide team activities include guiding team execution, facilitating daily, ensuring innovation, collaborating across teams, and mentoring team members
- You will be responsible for people management including providing regular feedback, performance management
- Willing to contribute to team's delivery in technical capacity
- Guide and influence teams towards innovation, DevOps adaptation
- You will conduct regular scrum calls with appropriate partners
- Coach the team with best agile methodologies and practices
- Implement and ensure unit testing practices to ensure the quality of the delivery
- Facilitate required demo and presentation sessions

You should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software development and leadership experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a scrum master building agile team, implementing agile practices, and leading scrum teams
- Java or EPM development experience
- Experience is Unix/Linux platform, REST APIs and AngularJS is recommended
- Experience in Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Exposure to SAFe agile principles and methodologies
- Experience in other agile practices like XP/Lean is favorable
- SAFe or equivalent scrum master certification
- Experience with people, performance improvement and team building
- An interest in technology and desire to expand the technical skillset of your reports
