**Position Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the team and with stakeholders.
- Encourage and guide continuous improvement within the team, with external stakeholders, and management.
- Facilitate the adoption and implementation of agile best practices to deliver high-quality releases.
- Recommend and drive changes to improve established engineering processes.
- Identify, address, and remove impediments for the scrum team by proactively resolving obstacles and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage and foster a collaborative and productive environment within global, multicultural, and diverse teams.
- Demonstrate experience in managing medium to large software development projects, including ERP systems, ensuring effective integration of agile methodologies and sound project management practices.

**Qualifications**
- Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:

- Certified Scrum Master with at least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience; additional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a bonus.
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for agile project management, including planning sprints, tracking tasks, monitoring velocity, and reporting on scrum metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform at high levels in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
- High energy, confident with a proactive approach to challenges.
