**Job Description**:
1. As a Country Controller Production, you have ownership over the analytical side of Country Operations, which is a network of functions in Group Production that plays important roles in the end-to-end supply chain cycle of our products and services.

2. You are a key part of the Country management team that builds and maintains a sustainable sourcing platform that enables H&M business development in the country/region. You secure the budget process for the offices both in planning and execution.

3. You are the leader of Accounts function that helps everyone to keep track of costs in an effortless way.

4. You provide short & long-term macro-economic analysis and prognosis of the country/region, provide suggestions and action plans to set and drive impactful strategies as well as strengthen robust governance for consistent high performance in all dimensions of our Production scope.

5. You build agile and autonomous teams as well as know your team’s strengths that are invested in their development.

6. As a Country Controller Production, you lead your colleagues by example, are driven by our company values and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.

7. You are the most senior controller in your country/region and as such you act as an informal leader towards the other controllers. This means working actively with developing Controllers and support them in motivating and driving teams towards their goal.

8. You understand key business drivers to design and deliver appropriate solutions. You stand up for your ideas, even with people that have more experience than you in the organization. You do so by building positive relationships with your stakeholders through strong formal/informal leadership abilities and an effective communication style.

9. You actively take initiatives in the Country Controller Production group, and form partnerships with Global Controllers group in developing best practices and improve controlling methods & tools.

10. You actively drive in creating one team feeling through sharing best practices within the team, and through building a collaborative environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from **IIM/XLRI/MDI/TISS/SCMHRD/NMIMS**:

- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills - hands on knowledge of tools such as Advanced excel, Power BI
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive relevant experience in Controlling with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership / people handling role
