**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Customer Support Representative** to join our client’s dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, troubleshooting, and usage guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases as needed
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, recurring issues, and process improvements
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations at every interaction

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume inquiries
- Team player with a customer-first attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers who are willing to work can send their resume
- Fluency in English is must, both written and oral skills
- Familiarity with basic IT tools and customer service best practices
