**Position: Customer Support Representative**
**Responsibilities**
- Set an example for team members through commitment, customer service activities, work ethics, habits, and personal character.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Enhance the customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer data.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with accurate and fast typing abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
- Familiarity with customer support metrics.
- Proven experience in providing customer service support.
- Ability to think strategically and lead.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to learn and work with company software.
**How to Apply**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
