Key Responsibilities:Facility Management:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and assets.
- Maintain facility compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with facility service providers and negotiate service agreements.
- Support in space planning, desk allocation, and office moves.
- Ensure timely renewals of facility-related contracts, AMC, and licenses.
Travel Desk Management:
- Handle end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cabs) for employees and guests.
- Manage international ticket bookings efficiently and economically.
- Facilitate visa processing and documentation for various countries.
- Arrange travel insurance as per company policies.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and internal stakeholders for seamless travel support.
- Maintain and update the travel policy; ensure compliance with travel guidelines.
- Track travel costs, prepare reports, and ensure budget adherence.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for business travel, events, and conferences.
- Handle emergency travel changes and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure timely invoicing, cost tracking, and reconciliation with travel vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, visas, and insurance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of proven experience in facility management and travel desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of international travel bookings, visa processing, and insurance handling.
- Good negotiation skills with travel agencies and vendors.
- Familiarity with travel management software/tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requests.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of global travel regulations and visa requirements.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
