**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for both hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize **ServiceNow** for ticket management, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Handle IT tickets efficiently and remotely resolve issues using mobile and laptop tools.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting users in person and remotely.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years in IT helpdesk or similar roles.
- Proficiency in handling hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers) and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow** or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- Flexibility to work from the Chennai office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of networking basics and IT security protocols.
- Familiarity with mobile device management and remote support tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹57,000.00 per month
