Global Service Operations Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Service Operations Expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide deep technical and professional support to Alcon Technical Service departments globally while ensuring end users are trained and knowledgeable in business processes and system usage. As a key contributor to our global operations, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate training initiatives, and participate in projects that directly or indirectly impact P&L.

**Responsibilities**:
Experience in Agile Methodology and process improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of business processes and related CRM and ERP system usage
- Ability to work with global teams and adapt to an ever-changing marketplace
