- **Laboratory Management**: Oversee laboratory activities and experiments, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures, providing guidance on proper lab techniques, and facilitating hands-on learning experiences to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and administer assessments (including tests, quizzes, lab reports, and projects) to evaluate student understanding and mastery of chemistry concepts, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide additional support and assistance to students who require remediation or enrichment in chemistry, offering tutoring sessions, review sessions, and personalized learning opportunities as needed.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the school's chemistry curriculum, including the creation of lesson plans, instructional materials, and supplementary resources to meet the diverse needs of students and promote academic excellence.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in chemistry education, participating in workshops, conferences, and training sessions as required.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, department members, and school administrators to coordinate instructional activities, share resources, and support the overall goals of the chemistry department and school community.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' progress, performance, and behavior in chemistry class, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Uphold high standards of professional ethics and integrity, demonstrating fairness, respect, and equity in all interactions with students, colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, TGT).
- Prior experience teaching chemistry at the secondary level preferred.
- Strong content knowledge and expertise in chemistry concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using instructional technologies and multimedia resources.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth in the field of chemistry education.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
