**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver chemistry lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and guidelines (such as CBSE, ICSE, or state boards).
- Teach students advanced chemistry concepts, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, and laboratory techniques.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and multimedia tools.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Establish clear rules and expectations for student behavior during lessons and laboratory sessions.
- Promote student engagement and participation in discussions, experiments, and activities.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess students’ understanding of chemistry through written tests, practical exams, assignments, and projects.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and exams, helping students identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor students' academic progress and identify students who may need additional support or enrichment.
- **Laboratory Supervision**:

- Organize and supervise laboratory sessions, ensuring that students follow proper safety protocols while conducting experiments.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and materials for practical experiments.
- Teach students how to properly conduct experiments, record observations, and analyze results.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Provide additional support to students who may be struggling with particular chemistry concepts, offering tutoring or one-on-one assistance.
- Identify and nurture students with exceptional chemistry abilities, providing opportunities for advanced learning or research projects.
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress, performance, and behavioral issues.
- Hold parent-teacher conferences to discuss students’ strengths, areas for improvement, and strategies to support their learning at home.
- Address parental concerns about curriculum content, assessments, and student well-being.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in chemistry education, scientific discoveries, and advancements in teaching methods.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving teaching outcomes.
- **Compliance with School Policies**:

- Ensure that all teaching activities, assessments, and experiments comply with school policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
